French Madeleine: the recipe

Portions: 16 madeleines
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Freezer: yes
Conservation: 2-3 days in a container (trust me, on this one, everyone is going to eat it as it goes from the oven!)

Ingredients:
-Half a cup of sugar (100 gr)
-Two organic eggs
-Half a cup of butter (100 gr)
-Half a cup of organic flour (100 gr)
-1 small spoon of baking powder

The steps:
-Put the oven at 170 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Fahrenheit)
-Mix the flour, the sugar, and the baking powder
-Melt the butter
-Add the butter and the egg in the preparation.
-Mix everything
-Put some coconut oil in your Madeleine mold so it won’t paste.


-Then with a big spoon, put some of the preparation in the frame.
-Cook it in the oven for 15 minutes and take them out.

A little advice:
Be careful not to put so much in every mold. You will see it grows a lot!
