This recipe is usually a classic one, but like this year, I went back to do some apple picking with fresh apples; I wanted to try it a little differently.
Ingredients:
-3 apples directly from the apple’s orchard
-1 cup and a half gluten-free oats
-1/3 cup of gluten-free flour
-1 stick of butter
-1/3 maple syrup
-a sip of goat milk
How the magic works:
-Melt the butter in a pan.
-In a pot, mix the oats, the maple syrup, and add the butter when it’s melted.
-At the bottom of your cake’s plate, add the apples everywhere and finally add the mixed oats/ maple syrup and the goat milk.
-Put everything in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
-Wait for a little after that to let everything cool down (or your tongue will thank you!)
Enjoy with a nice cup of tea or whatever you love.
PS: you can for sure use some regular flour, even some milk, and some cane sugar, but this one was a real success, so let’s try it on.
